Again, she has no links to the petition, she implies that she’s read all sorts of media posts about the petition.
But she’s apparently not read these:
- Not Necessarily Tom Sawyer’s Island… where I opine about the genericness of the petition, and specify that neither Disneyland, nor Tom Sawyer Island are mentioned in the petition.
- Petition seeks ‘LOST’ attractions at Disneyland or Is a ‘LOST’ ride coming to a Disney Park? – See Sarah Tully took the time to read the petition, send me an email, call me on the phone (you know, reportery stuff) and also followed up with HER Disney contacts and broke the “No plans” Disney PR at least 4 days before Jill:
So far, Disney officials aren’t biting.
Walt Disney Imagineering officials are not contemplating the concept, said Suzi Brown, a Disneyland Resort spokesman. For sure, it’s not planned for Tom Sawyer’s Island.
“We’re not considering any changes to Tom Sawyer’s Island at this time,” Brown said
In her follow up article, Sarah took the time to re-ask.
Disney officials are denying that they are developing a “Lost” ride.
Suzi Brown, a Disneyland Resort spokeswoman, checked twice with her contacts at Imagineering, the Disney division that develops attractions, and they had no plans to build a “Lost” attraction. For sure, Disneyland has no plans to turn Tom Sawyer’s Island into “Lost” Island — one of the main ideas by fans.
- Nor did she read these articles from Examiner.com:
- Proposed LOST-themed Disney attraction by Kristy Stevenson, who took the time to interview me over email.
One 'LOST' fan who wants Disney to expand 'LOST's adventure by Sean Easley who graciously took the time to take me to lunch and get a better feel for what it’s all about.
Jill’s article, no me isn’t ‘news’ nor is it ‘EXCLUSIVE’. While Jodi, spells much better than myself, I don’t quite know what to say, why Jodi didn’t do ‘reportery stuff’ – I’m not hard to find. My email address is at the bottom of the petition. But if you want to interview me Jodi, give me a holla, I’ll give you something more to write about.
Meanwhile sign the petition:
