There’s a 30 minute special on ABC right now called “Lost: The Final Season: Beginning of the End” and its a bunch of clips from Jimmy Kimmel, interviews with celebs, etc…
This ABC Special will air at 4:30 pm EST in some areas. Hopefully someone will upload it to YouTube and we’ll post it here 
UPDATE: this Special will air in LA today at 4PM, 5:00 PM in Memphis, 11:35 PM tomorrow in Cleveland, 12:30PM in Denver and 4:30 PM in Pennsylvania.
