ABC has confirmed that Brian K. Vaughan has left the Lost writing staff - “for greener pastures,” as Damon Lindelof told fans in an earlier Q&A session. Vaughan came in from a background in comics such as Y: The Last Man (which Hugo was reading in one episode) and Ex Machina, and threw in that dose of pop culture and cliffhangers in the show’s recent seasons.
