A former Lost crew member named Chelsea Stone hit Henry Ian Cusick, Grass Skirt Entertainment and ABC with a serious lawsuit today, alleging that Cusick fondled and kissed her against her wishes and made noises, and that when spoke up she was treated with scorn and then fired. She was pregnant at the time and she says she was so humiliated and upset about it that she had a miscarriage.
